2. After an order is placed, when will it be delivered?
Generally about 15 days. If we have inventory, we can arrange shipment within 5 days. Production lead times depend on specific items and quantities.
3. What about the warranty and after-sales service?
We provide a 12-month warranty. Our professional after-sales team provides technical support and helps solve problems encountered while using our products in a timely manner.
4. What about the quality of your services and products?
Each machine undergoes 100% quality examination and testing before shipment. All machines meet ISO and CE certification standards.
5. We don't know how to operate the machine, what should we do?
We can send an engineer to your location, or provide video training to show you how to install and operate the equipment. Engineering support is also available online.
6. Is the machine compatible with different profile materials?
Yes, this CNC machine can process various profiles including aluminum alloy, non-ferrous metals, and PVC profiles.
