How do you ensure high quality control for the products?
We control quality through four steps: First, we purchase raw materials from reputable companies with certificates and test them upon arrival. Second, we provide weekly production detail reports. Third, we welcome third-party inspections (SGS/TUV). Fourth, we hold ISO9001, CE, and TUV certificates.
What are your standard trading and payment terms?
Our usual payment term is 30% T/T as a deposit and 70% T/T against the copy of B/L. For trusted companies, we can accept O/A 30 or 60 days. Discounts are available for large quantities.
Can I request a sample order to check the quality?
Yes, we welcome sample orders for customers to test and verify the quality of our architectural hardware before placing bulk orders.
What is the expected lead time for production?
Lead time is typically one week for samples. For mass production, it ranges from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the total order quantity.
Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) limit?
We offer a low MOQ. A sample order of 1000 pieces is available to start the cooperation.
How are the goods shipped and how long does delivery take?
We usually ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, which typically takes 3-7 days. Airline and sea shipping options are also available depending on your requirements.
