We receive Purchase Orders (PO) and production drawings via email for processing.
Which shipping methods do you use?
Normally, sea and train shipping are used for mass production. DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, and EMS are used for sample delivery.
What drawing formats can you work with?
We accept PRO/E, Auto CAD, Solid Works, IGS, UG, CAD/CAM/CAE, and STEP formats.
Which packing materials are used for sea shipping?
For sea freight, we use European standard wooden pallets. Parts are packed in PE bags inside carton boxes.
How do you deal with Requests for Quotation (RFQ)?
Our sales team receives the RFQ, followed by a feasibility study with R&D engineers, technical feedback to the customer, and finally a formal quote.
