What's the lead time for orders?
For standard models, the shipping lead time is typically 25-35 days; customized units require approximately 35-45 days.
What are your trade terms?
We support multiple trade terms including FOB (Free On Board), DAP (Delivered At Place), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are T/T 30% deposit in advance, and the remaining T/T 70% against the B/L copy.
Do you provide samples for testing? Are they free?
Yes, we can provide 1-2 free samples for your testing. Please note that the express shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.
