Every process is checked by our quality inspection department to insure the quality of every product. During production, we personally inspect the factory to verify product standards.
Q2. How long is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is generally 30 to 45 days, depending on the order quantity.
Q3. What are your payment methods?
We accept 30% T/T in advance and the remaining 70% balance against the B/L copy. For small orders under 1000 USD, we suggest 100% advance payment to reduce bank charges.
Q4. Can you provide a sample?
Yes, samples are provided free of charge, though courier fees are not included.
Q5. Is the product customizable according to technical drawings?
Yes, specifications are customizable according to the customer's technical drawings or samples provided.
Q6. What is your annual production capacity?
Our production facility has a capacity of approximately 200,000 tons per year to ensure stable supply for large-scale requirements.
