Our normal thickness is about 10 um, but we can provide 15um and above upon request.
What colors are available for powder coating?
We can produce any color as long as you provide a sample. Standard thickness ranges from 60-80um.
What are your most popular wood grain finishes?
Popular choices include Western Red Cedar, Australia Cedar, Jarrah, Chestnut, and Snow Gum. Custom colors are also available.
How do you guarantee weather resistance?
We use Akzo Nobel Interpon D1010 powder and Italian Memphis film, complying with American AAMA 2603 standards with 1000-hour UV/Salt spray testing.
What are your typical payment terms?
Usually, we require a 30% deposit via T/T, with the remaining balance paid before shipment.
What is the lead time for mass production?
Mass production typically takes 3-4 weeks after receipt of deposit and order confirmation.
